此次大燈翻新采用霧化鍍膜法，也是建議為常見的翻新方法，其原理是：利用加熱大燈翻新修復液，產生霧化氣體與燈罩產生交聯(lián)反應，形成透明層，燈罩就會恢復原有的光亮。

1.鍍膜前需要打磨燈罩去除表面氧化層，首先圍繞大燈邊緣貼美紋紙膠帶，防止打磨時損壞車漆。

3.往霧化鍍膜裝置（噴霧罐）加入大燈翻新修復液，接通電源，通電5分鐘加熱瓶內的大燈修復液，噴霧口會噴出霧化的鍍膜液，注意安全不能對著人。
