1、為什么要清洗油箱？

雖然油箱除了在加油的時候處于半封閉狀態(tài)，其他時候都是全封閉的。但是隨著車子的年齡增加，使用時間變長，油箱內(nèi)的沉淀雜質(zhì)會越來越多。本身油內(nèi)也是會有雜質(zhì)，各加油站油庫底部長時間也會積累不少雜質(zhì)。這些雜質(zhì)在進到油箱之后，先沉淀到油箱底部。慢慢所沉淀物太多之時，也會隨燃油進到汽車發(fā)動機之內(nèi)，對汽車發(fā)動機會導(dǎo)致非常嚴(yán)重磨損。

油箱本身也是有采取保護措施，可防水還保溫。假如長久怠速行駛，或許在3萬公里之時，你就要對汽車進行油路清洗。又或更換濾清。否則一經(jīng)碰到油路被堵塞，油箱氣壓太高。汽車所行駛過程當(dāng)中，也會有甩動狀況。高壓之下，油箱易開裂，比較嚴(yán)重之時也會有漏油狀況，油耗也會變得非常高！

油箱清洗分為兩步，內(nèi)部和外部。

Tank cleaning is divided into two steps, internal and external.

外部：清潔檢查油箱外部，檢查油箱、油管、接頭有無凹癟和滲漏，并擰緊油箱支架固定螺栓。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有凹癟和滲漏現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)拆下?lián)p壞部件進行修理。

Exterior: clean and check the exterior of the oil tank, check the oil tank, oil pipe and joint for concave and leakage, and tighten the fixing bolts of the oil tank bracket. If concave and leakage are found, the damaged parts should be removed for repair.

內(nèi)部：打開燃油箱口，取出濾網(wǎng)筒，吸出燃油箱內(nèi)部分燃油，箱內(nèi)留有約30L左右的燃油。

Inside: open the fuel tank port, take out the filter cartridge, suck out part of the fuel in the fuel tank, and there is about 30L fuel left in the tank.

將清洗干凈的壓縮空氣管(更好是塑料管)從加油管口插入油箱底部，用氣壓吹動燃油箱底部的燃油，使之翻騰而進行清洗。清洗時，可用干凈的布塊稍微堵住插入油管的加油管口，并不斷變換氣管下端的位置和方向。

Insert the cleaned compressed air pipe (preferably plastic pipe) into the bottom of the fuel tank from the filling pipe orifice, and blow the fuel at the bottom of the fuel tank with air pressure to make it churn and clean. When cleaning, a clean cloth can be used to slightly block the oil filling pipe orifice inserted into the oil pipe, and the position and direction of the lower end of the gas pipe can be changed continuously.

吹洗20分鐘后，立即放出油箱內(nèi)的燃油，使懸浮在油中的雜質(zhì)隨燃油一起流出。如果流出的燃油較臟，應(yīng)以上述的方法再清洗一遍油箱。

After 20 minutes of purging, drain the fuel in the tank immediately, so that the impurities suspended in the oil flow out with the fuel. If the outflow fuel is dirty, clean the fuel tank again in the above way.

裝復(fù)并擰緊放油螺塞。將加油管口的濾網(wǎng)筒清洗干凈，裝入加油口管內(nèi)。向油箱內(nèi)加入清潔的燃油，蓋好油箱蓋，并將油箱外部擦拭干凈。要注意，從油箱內(nèi)放出的燃油應(yīng)經(jīng)過72小時的沉淀后，才能使用。

Replace and tighten the drain plug. Clean the filter cartridge of the oil filling pipe and put it into the oil filling pipe. Add clean fuel into the tank, cover the tank cap, and wipe the outside of the tank clean. Finally, it should be noted that the fuel discharged from the fuel tank can only be used after 72 hours of precipitation.
